Sorry! I'm still here, I was just inactive for a few days bc high school is tough and decided to assign 4 projects, on top of a 12-hour long overnight school charity (plus all the hours I was already awake for school, so I was awake 26 hours and slept allll day Saturday, leaving me Sunday to do all my projects plus 2 other assignments ;-;)

The first thing you see is two moons in the sky above you, like giant eyes in the night looking right back on you.

She hatched a male voice rang in your head. You swiveled your head around to see a black dragon, not very big, staring right at you, his eyes almost as wide as the moons.

"Mama! Dad! She hatched!" The young nightwing yelled, bounding away and returning seconds later with two, much larger dragons. The older female dragon lifted you carefully out of your shell.

"Her wings look just like the moons" The older male observed. "Moons on her wings... maybe that's what we can name her, Moonwings" The adult, your father said to your mother.

Truthfully, you imaged your first birthday would be better than this. Currently, you and your family are all the way in the sky kingdom for some political matter you don't understand, and your older brother is leaving for Jade mountain in three days, and your sister is off with some skywings somewhere. You're left alone in your family's room, the sun was just beginning to set, so you had almost just woken up, you officially turn 1 today, and your sister turns 1 in two days, as the two of you had hatched two days apart.
