Mutators please

This is Lilac, she is responsible for making matches and keeping relationships alive. Although she doesn't actually have a boyfriend or anything, she enjoys seeing couples getting along, and when they don't, she gives them a little "push" using her staff. But, she is very lonely and it kinda distracts her from work. She seems more distant everyday, less and less relationships are staying alive.

Yam scowled as he pushed through the Valentine's crowd, ducking a man who tried to kiss him.
"For the last time. Has anyone lost this Ny'vene?"

Great. No one even recognised the pets. Who would just leave their sylesti alone in a rose bush of all places? The only person crazy enough to venture in there to rescue them would be him. In fact, the only person who could even see a pet stuck in the thorns would have been him, from his guard post. Actually, now he stopped to think about it, it was strange that the dragon had wandered so far from the festivities in the first place...

Unless. An icy shiver of dread ran down his spine. Oh god. Not again.

He flinched when a hand shot out, pressing him into a wall. Lips brushed against his ear.

"Hey cutie. Nice to finally talk to you."



"No. Ohhh no."

The Ny'vene turned-girl fluttered her eyelashes, nonplussed.

"Looks like we can't find my master, cutie-pie. Will you be my new master?"

Despite himself, despite his years of combat and all he'd seen, and despite the fact that he was not going to admit it, Yam flushed.

"No. Nope. Go away."

"You're so gorgeous, baby. I've been watching you ever since I first laid eyes on you."

"It's not happening. Go back to being a dragon, dragon."

The girl pouted, sucking on her lip.
"A wicked witch cast a curse on me. I'm doomed to turn human every night. I usually try to avoid humans, but I can't stay away from such a beautiful lady as you. Please," the Ny'vene turned human knelt on one knee, cupping Yam's hand in her own and planting a tender kiss on his knucles. "Be my Valentine's?"

Yam took his hand back and facepalmed, groaning heavily.
"For the last time, world. I am not a girl."

"You're what?" The bewitched dragon reeled back, looking disgusted. "All this time I've been planning how to ask you out and you're not a girl?? I'm not into dudes!"

Yam sighed, deflating, and slumped down to sit next to the girl to join her in her misery. "This isn't the first time this has happened, would you believe it. A witch cursed me to be insanely attractive... in a girly way. Valentine's day is the worst day of the year for me." The Ny'vene blinked, then awkwardly patted Yam's arm in sympathy.

"Witches, right?" She muttered, still shocked.

All Yam could do was nod in agreement. He muttered, shaking his head, "Witches."
