Scot blinked as if he'd seen wolves sneezing fire a million times. "I'll go get you a tissue...or a hose...or both..." Scot said, wandering off to do so. Frost looked at him. "Something tells me that bird doesn't have a real sense of danger until it's too late,"

Sunburst righted her self,
"Nah it's okay man."
She said extinguishing the flames with a wave of her hand.

"Okay," Scot said. He deftly plucked a few high notes on his guitar.

Frost smiled. "I think I'll be getting to bed,"

"Night,"
Sunburst and Rose said at the same time.

Scot plucked a slow tune. "Goodnight, me lass," he said a Frost trotted down stairs.

Sunburst sat down in the kitchen messing around with a dented old coin,
Rose and Piper sat in the living room watching Scot.

Scot continued playing a while, felt Rose and Piper's eyes on him, stopped abruptly, and glanced up at the two girls. "Do you like stories?" He asked out of the blue.

Rose nodded while Piper averted her eyes, "Never really heard any non-morbid one's yet."

"Well, I know a few good ones.... and since I have my guitar out...." Scot said. He attacked the strings, producing a fast-paced tune. He looked at Piper expectantly. "Well?" He asked as he strummed. "How do you think it starts?"

"Fast paced?"
Piper guess her wings rustled out from behind her quills.
