They're only introduced to the game via purchase with real life money, yes. However, they're frequently sold by buyers for gold at the Currency Exchange, found in the shops tab. The average going price varies between 3k and 2.5k per diamond, and they're most frequently sold in batches of 100.

I apologize in advance if this was answered earlier in the thread, but if it was, I cannot find it.
Is it ever too late to complete an uncompleted quest? I completed both Finding Saerielle and Meeting the Hermitbefore I discovered that the Myconid Hunting and A Preemptive Strike quests existed. After accepting these two quests, I went back to Faerina's Shrine and the Enigmatic Grotto. However, no Myconids are showing up in Faerina's Shrine now, though there were plenty before, and likewise there are no trolls showing up in the Enigmatic Grotto. Did I basically mess up both these quests and now cannot ever do them? If not, what can I do about the situation?
Thanx!

That's just the way those quests are designed, aha.
They're both daily quests. There are five total, and they become available again every day if you completed them the day before, and award the same gold/ badge prize every time. Myconids and cave trolls are a less common encounter in those areas for the quests than they were for the storyline, as I understand it. They're still there, but less common now.
So, in conclusion, keep at it :D they'll show eventually, and then you can beat the stuffing out of them.

OKay so I have a lesser genetic mutator. How would I go about using it? It's says to go to the pet profile page, and that's what I think I'm doing and all that it's getting me is lost...
Help?

First off, you need to make sure the pet you're using it on is a tamed pet (so either caught/found in the wild). Only tamed pets can be mutated.
You will see this under genetics in the pet's profile.
To use a mutator, click genetic philter under information in the pet's profile. Then choose lesser genetic mutator in the drop down list, and use philter.
Your pet will be mutated (if it's tamed), but since lesser mutators will give a random vis/carry, the addition may not be visible, and you'll have to test the pet to know what it got.

Hello, I'm Sufin, and I was exploring a little, and was wondering how do you catch pets. I mean I know there are traps, but where/how do you get them?

Hi Sufin. When you first get into the game the locals don't know you very well. You need to build up some reputation with them first, before they feel comfortable selling you things and letting you use their services. You can build up reputation by following the storyline, doing various quests for them. Jinxie should guide you along through that. Once you have sufficient ties with the locals they will be willing to sell you traps. :)
