(It's all good I know what it's like...and if I take longer than normal, I'm probably replaying fnaf1-6 including the sister location)

(From FNAF 6? I would say Golden Freddy. Or Springtrap. Or Lefty. Lefty is creepy, though. He's the one you salvage on the first night and one you can buy in the last catalog, but all of the above are salvageable anamatronics. I never did care for the ones you could buy.)
