I really like the way you did the Chibi of Kittyauthor and was wondering if i could get an OC in that style?
I have some reference photos, so i'll include those below.
He has a little bird friend which i'd like to include just resting anywhere on him really. (Small brown and white fluffy birb)
His ears, tail, horns and wings are grey like seen in second pick and inner wing is orange like seen as well. He has white hair and a light tan skin tone. (Just in case it's hard to see his tail, the last pick, tail 9 is what it looks like. Also can ignore mask and choker on second pic, he's got a soft face like in first pic and is a total softy) I can pay anywhere between 50 and 75k for this piece if that's a fair price to you?

For the record, she is actually a human with pale skin, silver eyes, and long dark hair, but she always wears her cloak and dragon mask. She is an outlaw and is not afraid to get her hands dirty, and is constantly cloaked in mystery and rumours.
