Lilura gave a squeak and drops her book, which makes a clatter. "W-wh-what do you mean?" Lilura asks, wide eyes searching Kasi's face for any sign of this as a joke or anything.
"What did I do?" She asks in a more calm voice, bending to pick up her book.
"And don't worry. I plan not to do anything." Lilura rolls her eyes. "Only a fool would do that when the other is holding a knife. Or a sword. Or a gun. Or anything known to be dangerous, really. But that brings up the question: what things are considered dangerous?" She says, straightening after collecting her book, holding it protectively to her chest, green eyes suddenly becoming cold as she peers directly into Kasi's eyes.
The eyes were told to be the key to a person's soul, if only she could peer into this Hunter's and figure out why she was doing this... Why any Hunter would do this...

As Akira looked up, a particularly strong wind blew her hood off. She sighed in annoyance, but didn't put it back on. It didn't do much to protect her odd colored hair from the rain anyway, so she ignored it and continued walking. She walked past someone standing under a roof for protection, and didn't think twice. She glanced at him for a moment before continuing on her way.

Kasi smiled at her, her eyes cold, "Well I never had orders to deliver you alive," She shrugged, putting her book back in the shelf and purposely in the wrong spot, just to annoy the girl, "Now listen, you come and act like everything is fine or you won't be alive," She threatened before dragging her towards the entrance, giving the people she passed friendly smiles as she hid her knife from them, but she was still ready to use it if she had to.

Tommy darted into the bakery, his relief turning into pain at the sudden presence of lots of different thoughts. He was tempted to put on his headphones but knew better, the hunter could still be there. Instead he looked around and got what he needed, pretending to look around as he waited for the area to be safe again.

Oh? This one likes the rain...I see..

I stuffed my tracking device in my jacket, concealing it. "Ah, Miss!" I yelled, at the retreating figure hoping to get their attention. I didn't usually interact with the targets, but I really didn't feel like getting any wetter by chasing her.

Axel wordlessly walked down the rainy streets, left hand shoved in his pocket while the right weilded an umbrella. He rather liked the rain, actually. The soft white noise, the lack of people, the way the mists seemed to form shroud around him, it all made him feel at ease.

Calm. Such a hard thing for him to come by these days.

He sighed longingly as he continued his treck. He didn't know where exactly he was going yet, and he honestly didn't care. He simply wanted to wander untul he was content, then return to the small apartment he called home.

She stopped, turning to look at him. She had a feeling he wasn't someone she shouldn't be interacting with, but she stopped anyway. That was her first mistake. She sighed, visibly annoyed. " what? " She replied, the irritation coming off in her voice. She subtly placed her hands on her knives that hung from her side. If this was about to turn into a fight, she was ready, as always.

I smiled a little, trying to act a little hesitant, like her attitude threw me off. It didn't of course, I'd met many targets like this, mean and rude.

"Ah well... Um, I just noticed you didn't have like-"I paused "- an umbrella or anykind of rainslicker." I finished lamely. I had on a thin raincoat myself, but it was unbottoned.

"Do you want my umbrella? I was just kind of waiting for a friend to pick me up, and I don't really need it.." I said over the rain, clutching my hood so it seemed more like I was fighting the wind and rain too.
