You gotta also love the common rpg mechanic where characters can ingest food/drinks that serve as powerups and health regains. Not only do they:
- Not ever gain weight from eating all of that
- Take seconds eating it even if it's a food item that can take a regular person a long time to consume
- Continue fiercely fighting like nothing happened
But if you're spamming health pickups that character can somehow eat (for example) 10 full sized meals and 8 drinks at one time!

Thats like, the core of Breath of the Wild XD
its like how. You can stop in the middle of a fight, eat some fish or whatever, and suddenly get 6 extra hearts

Like I can understand why that mechanic exists and I like seeing all the different foods characters can eat but then again I find it making more sense to spam so many consumables at one time if said character is known for eating a lot.

oh i haven't either. i just think it's fascinating that, despite having a sword through the top center of his head, he is able to talk and function somewhat normally
