He sees none that seem particularly attractive.

He folds up the knife and puts it away. "Hitari says you want to leave."

You hear something scamper away quickly - it must've been scared off. If it was a cat like the hissing made you assume, maybe it didn't like the wetness of the cave?

"Yes!" Rin blurts, clapping his hands over his mouth afterwards. "Um!"

Firelight turned back into her normal form and looked at her paws What was that form... Ive never had it before... She turned into it again, a Fox/Dragon, obviously.

With the last word, he falls backward, and a black cloud appears to pull itself out from Hitari. It dissipates into thin air.

Hitari is out cold, lying on the floor.

Rin, shocked, takes a minute to stand up and rush over to Hitari. "A-are you okay?"
Felix hops down from his perch upon the table and gingerly taps the body with one tiny talon.

He tries to lift his head, but it falls back down. "Oh. . .I really shouldn't have done. . .that. . ."

"Oh my god," Rin is beginning to shake. He sits down, holding his hands to his head.

He looks up at you with glazed eyes. "Yeah he's. . .quite a. . .character." His breathing quickens as he struggles, and manages, to sit up.

"Welcome to Dorei, Rin. Itami came up with that name himself, you know. He. . .likes word. . .play."

Hitari puts his back to the dead fireplace, facing you.

Rin just sits there, mind rapidly flipping through all the ways he could have died.
