Ocean nodded. "Any more emotions that I might have missed?" he asked Peggi teasingly. He would go with that group. They most likely knew the way out.

James listened quietly, stone faced, and ready to just continue, to get out of this place. It smelled strongly of death and decay. He held up the lantern and moved forward, sorta ignoring Ocean. "Everyone just grab onto the rope. We will continue." he said, taking the front of the string, trying to urge the team onward.

Vae pretty much ignored Ocean completely. She didn't care much for mermaids, so she followed James.

Peggi jwatched ocean. She wished she had that power instead...

Ocean stumbled after James and Vae, still getting used to his human legs on land. "Hey, can I join your team? It looks safer than just braving it alone." he noted. James stood ramrod straight for a few seconds, and then turned on Ocean, pushing him against the cave wall, stronger than normal.

"Don't EVER remind me." he growled deep in his throat, eyes glinting maliciously. His longer than normal canines glistened in the light of the lantern. James glared at the new boy, then just dropped him, and walked back to the front of the line. Ocean rubbed his shoulders, looking emotionally wounded.

"O....Okay." he whispered, and sorta just trailed after them.

Peggi roleld her eys at James. "Cant you even turn off you wolfu attitudefor one minute?" Phoeni groaned. "Just....stop talking already."

"Who stop talking?" Ocean asked, perking up.

James snorted, and shrugged. "Sure. I am acting humane now." he said, acting like a normal person for the current moment.
