Ya... she said quietly. She sat down and curled her tail around herself. She looked like she was on the verge of tears but smiled nonetheless.

He wanted to confort her but as ever he wasn't that great with expressing his appreciation of others so he extand one of his wings above her in a protective way, hoping that this would be enough.

She moved closer to him and leaned against him. There was now a steady stream of tears flowing down her face. She tried to wipe away her tears but they kept coming.

He glance at her, usualy when a girl was crying around him it was because he had refused her too roughly so he didn't knew what to do. He then got the idea to humm again, maby this would calm her down.

She looked up at him. Her tears began to dissipate as she listened. She sat up a bit. She closed her eyes and concentrated on his humming, eventually joining in.

Nightshades words repeated in cesuras head again and again.

She shook her head and began walking faster, toward the center of the city. She needed more gold to keep her afloat here and fast.
-just pin the paper to the city board and leave- (anything in dashes that is red and italic is cesuras thoughts btw)
She slowed when she reached the city center. The city board was next to the town halls doors. Cesura held out her paper to read it one more time:
