you improve your memory but do not gain another level. you will need to practice for longer (The higher level you are the more you need to practice to improve)

Iist goes towards the river in the meadow, on the lookout for more creatures.

(Since your in a meadow you can try and sneak up on the bugs and butterflies that frequent it)
You find the river. It's sparkling waters move from the ocean to the lake.

You find the river. It's sparkling waters move from the ocean to the lake.
Iist looks for bugs and butterflies in the grassy areas near the river to train her stealth, quietly sneaking up on them, then trying to grab at them with her hands. She doesn't intend to crush them in her hands or keep them for long, releasing them if she actually caught them. She does this for an hour or so.
