Welcome to the VV @Encryption!! ^D^ I hope you have lots of fun here! I like your Sylvorpa goal of having a Tagged of every Theme with visible Iridescence. ^D^ You are already so far along! ^D^

@Frawn, that is a lovely MoP vorpa! So pretty! *D*

What news on the seamonkey front, my friends?

I wasn't all that pleased with my crop of Flowing Sunshines once they were parsed...they're not awful, but they're not great either. A 6V project would be tedious.

I have several new 6V PBO for sale currently, if anyone's interested! ^.^

As usual, I've been hard at work on my present projects. Hopefully starting a 6V Glowing Swamp soon!

I'm nearing completion of my old Spring Water theme project - finally got around to regenning them last year and got back to it. I've got up to a 5v1c atm, so I'm hoping to reach 6v within a month or two.

Almost there!

I have, as usual, gone entirely overboard with Sylvorpa collecting this festival. Is there anything in particular you're looking for with the Flowing Sunshine theme? I have. . . several. I'd be more than happy to set some up for you to breed with if you like.

Personal successes on that front. . . let's see. Here are a few I really love the look of.

Mysath here, one of my nurture-contest winnings, is extraneous and I don't love his trait combo, so if I ever get more disruptors he'll be first in line. Otherwise, I'd be happy to trade/sell him if anyone likes him better than I do.

Glowing Swamp are a beautiful theme! Do you know what traits you'll be going for, or just see what you end up with?

After hatching out the lovely Athena Parthenos--

Why, thank you.

--I then hatched her near-twin, Polycleitus' Argive Hera--

I'm not Hera; I'm Athena! She's Hera, LOL!

The difference between them is that Athena has Carried Iridescence while Hera has Carried Lionfish Spikes. Unfortunately, they are my only two unqualified successes. The Sea Fur on Asklepios At Epidaurus doesn't look as nice as I had thought it would, and Zeus Olympios just needs a Disruptor--

At least each of us has great stats!

They are my only FS males. The rest of my females are La Favourite, Menodora's Tyche,

--and Naukydes' Hebe--

So, looking to swap them if possible. If I can't swap, I'll probably give a Spring Blossoms Disruptor to Tyche and a Valentine's Lace Disruptor to Hebe.

I ended up with 9 Sunfire Water Lily Sylvorpas, one of which is set for sale, as I'm trying to limit myself to 8 purple-tagged Themed of each Theme I collect. The For Sale girl is in my first Stable's first tab. I would have said that Sylvorpas absolutely do not need yet another pink Theme, but these guys are distinctly different from the other pink Themes. My "keepers" are Brasenia, Euryale--

--Barclaya, Victoria--

--Cabomba, Trithuria--

--Nuphar, and Nymphaea--

Asviloka, did you corner the market on Tamed 2014 Spring Water Sylvorpas?

Quite possibly. ;-) They were selling cheap at the time and I couldn't bear to leave them. (Though this happens a lot. There are very few Sylvorpa themes I can see selling cheap and not bring home) One other person has quite a few, SparklingGanymede, but they haven't logged in for years so I think I'm the only one still working with the theme. This was back when the default tamed theme is only a one-carry, so getting anywhere with a project is a much longer process.

I've got several I haven't needed to regen for my project, so if you (or any others from the group) want one or a few I'd be glad to sell/trade them to fellow vorpa enthusiasts. It's really a beautiful, subtle theme, very underappreciated imo. Now I'm getting into the higher vis, its real potential is starting to show.

I own 6 purple-Tagged 2014 Spring Waters, of which I have mutated three: Champ, Misiganebic,

--and Gunakadeit--

I would appreciate getting re-gen'ables, even though all my Sylvorpa breeding proceeds at a glacial pace.

Oh, Misiganebic has a daughter with your boy SpringWater Blossom. Meet Unktehila--

Hi!

Any chance of getting a breeding to this pretty, who needs a name?

I'm a big fan of the Glowing Swamps too, Asviloka. Almost every trait combination on them looks good...their colors are so nicely arranged! ^.^
Anyhow, I currently have the traits needed for these lovely combos among others:

...so as you can see, I have options! ^.^
I've promised myself I'll finish a project before I start a new one, though. >.<
So, get DONE you Frozen Pearls, you! *shakes fist*

Oooh, they're gonna be so pretty~

Keep us updated! I never buy anything because I need all my gold for stable space, but I love seeing project results. Sometimes in-between gens can be surprisingly beautiful on their own too. It's always exciting to find unexpected combinations that work well.

She's set up, but I am in the middle of a SpringWater breeding push atm so I can't promise she'll be free anytime soon. If you can slip in between, go for it, but I'm doing a lot of mass-breeding these days and will almost certainly forget to leave her open.

I noticed you were the first to find Blossom after I philter'd him. I kinda love Unktehila's cute little angler lights. ;)
I'm glad the theme isn't completely forgotten. If you end up adding any other new traits to the theme, please let me know. I try to breed someone in each theme for each possible trait and this particular theme has a quite a few missing traits due to its age. If there are any of the existing traits you'd like, I could set up some others for you to breed with. I've got almost all traits that do exist in this theme so far. They're missing more than most themes.

For regens, would you prefer to purchase or trade? What kind of price is reasonable? I don't often sell anything so I'm way out of the market value game. How many did you want? Male, female. . . ? I've mostly been saving them for when I get more mutators to fill in the trait gaps.
