Fine. He annoys people because if he's thinking about something hard enough it makes whateverhe's thinking about appear wherever his eyes are focused. Because that's highly annoying. And it feels like a quil poking you as it "writes".

Hess is a very...eccentric character. Shes smart and strong, but at the same time very joyful and happy, despite her situation. She never hesitates to attempt to get along with someone, except when she can tell they're a bad person. Then they get the horns.
Backstory:
The first time she took the pill was from her friend. It was a one-time thing, as she didn't feel...very comfortable with the "good" effects it had on her mental state. She tried convincing that same friend to stop taking them, but she didn't listen. When it happened, the first dreamer Hess had to take out was that very friend. Because of that, she always tries her hardest to befriend even the worst of people, for fear something bad may befall them and she will be unable to do anything about it.
Normal "Human" Appearance: "Mutant" Appearance: Ability:
Living torch: When she gets angry, or whenever she wants, she becomes a literal living torch. She can, however, limit the fire to a certain part of her body. For instance, she can light her hands on fire, and keep it only contained to her hands.
This also somewhat applies to her horns and her mouth(in mutant form). They will glow and she can shoot a singular stream of fire out of them. However, there is a 10-minute cool-down time with each stream, and sometimes it can cause a headache.

hope the abilities aren't too OP, tried to tie them all together in a..sense. But i can remove 2 if you like
