Unfortunately, I have an appointment coming up in November, and I am required to bring my retainers to each check-up. *sigh* Thanks anyway!

I lose my retainers quite often. My favorite trick is to turn off the lights and then use a flashlight to highlight areas.

I have this way I tell embarassing things to my friends, or things I don't really want to talk about. At dinner, let them have their conversation, and right after they finish talking and are in a good mood, don't think about it, and just blurt it out. It honestly works really well with me when I don't want to talk to someone or don't know them all that well, just out of the blue force yourself to do it. I don't know if I am a weirdo who forces theself to do things, but it works for me.
