You eat half your fish before you become full and return the other half to your bag. You head into the forest together with the horses, but notice that the foal keeps wandering off to check out his surroundings. The mother quickly tires of getting him back and nudges at your backpack, like she's trying to get something.

You start running, but carrying a full set of tack so far is no easy feat, especially with the herd being hours away. You figure you should just put it away in your tackroom first.

I open it and take out the lasso since it's the only thing I can think she might be interested in.

I put the saddle pad in the tack room and bring my saddle and bridle

It takes about an hour to walk to your stables, and by then your muscles are aching. You deposit the saddle pad into the tackroom, but the saddle's the heavy piece, not the pad.
