Thank you. I thought of silver because spoons have reflections on them and I thought silverware.
Also, trying to have a rhythm when the first letter of the sentence is chosen. I need to work more with that.

doing 3rd and 4th cause i'm bored

--

Ah, the classic dream
Drifting like wispy steam
Between states of matter
Not containable on any platter

Now what exactly are they
We can't really say
As there are many of them
Growing off an origin stem

The closest I can get
Even that does not fit
Dreams are the spawn of neverending
An infinity I am fending

You cannot imagine what dreams are
Even though you're close, you're still far
Ah, dreams are one of a kind
And I do not mind

Now, what else to fathom?

--

Field of vision is extremely unstable
Like space and time around a singularity
You cannot tell its plurality
There are such many a fable

With glasses, it is clear and pristine
Yet when fogged, it is blurry
Also when in a flurry
Ala, sometimes without it is clean

All shapes of vision are bundled together
A unity with a sense of deja vu
Yet that may give us a clue
If we separate it, we tear apart our ether

That is the truth!

Myst here is an amateur songwriter and can no longer write a poem without writing a song :P
So.... uh, enjoy!!
~~~
The place deep in space between planets
The line between living and dead
The time between light and the depth of the night
And the state between dreams in your head.
We all have experienced nothing
Or have we? Oh, have we at all?
A bird as it sings on invisible wings
In the moment right after the fall.
Close your eyes now! Is that nothing?
Or just the inside of your skin?
If you are familiar with nothing
It's the nothing that lies deep within.
We all have experienced nothing
Or have we? Oh, have we at at all?
A bird as it sings on invisible wings
In the moment right after the fall.
And late in the night in the darkness
Looking straight up in the sky
The space, between stars, is not nothing
For between it is carried the light.
We all have experienced nothing
Or have we? Oh, have we at all?
A bird as it sings on invisible wings
In the moment right after the fall.
And is this a song about nothing?
For that is how it would appear.
But truly a song about nothing
Would be one that nobody could hear.
We all have experienced nothing
Or have we? Oh, have we at all?
A bird as it sings on invisible wings
In the moment right after the fall.
In the moment right after the fall.
For the nothing
Comes after
The fall.
I like how you write your poems, a very personalized style that makes it sound great! Any again, the rhyming is splendid!
I can see how it is very lyrical. I take it your write song often?
I especially liked the lines "A bird as it sings on invisible wings In the moment right after the fall" and I love the rhythm with which your wrote this!
Why thank you! You're right, while I've been songwriting as long as I can remember (somehow I distantly recall composing a little tune while staring out at the landscape at my preschool graduation?!) I started REALLLY writing (as in, at least 15 or 20 songs) within the past year!! Thanks again, that means a lot to me :3
