Welcome to Sylestia, Yuzu! I see a few other people have gotten to welcoming you before me (lol). The community on Sylestia is the best community in any game I have ever been in. Keep in mind an introvert is saying this. There are so many aspects to this game, I think cramming them all into one post is impossible lol. I'll try not to repeat what others have said already.
- Max-Stats are pets with full stats in all areas. This is a max-stat pet, this is a non-max-stat pet. See in the little box to the bottom right of the image? Look at the health bar, the blue bar, and the Strength, intelligence, dexterity and agility. 100 is the highest you can get for those last 4. 2000 is the highest for the health and 200 is the most for the 'mana' bar, that blue one.
- To make matters more confusing, now we have super max-stat pets. This is an example. These guys just have an extra stat boost - from the very last explore zone (so far, anyway). These are just overpowered Max-Stats.
- See how some people have amazing avatar items? To get them, you participate in either festivals or buy them off the trade broker. I'm sending over a few for you to try on, if you like them, keep them, if not just send them back by taking them out of your wardrobe and going to them in your inventory. Then click this little symbol: . Input my username and send them off!

BTW just in case you don't know healers are a scam and don't get your potions form the marketplace, get cheap high-level pets off trade broker and check out the player guides forum for the missions guide, that's an easy way to get free stuff without too much effort.
You can also nurture, and when you get 1000 scales, go to the Scale Shop and buy some pet dyes, those sell very well on the broker
I'm also willing to give away pets and avi items so let me know if you want one
Some random tips:
Breeding.....Well, you can't really make too much profit from it anymore unless you have a themed, stattered pet, or something of that sort. Most things don't sell if they don't have lot of visibles/restricted trait sets,, aren't themed, are dishwasher pets, etc. Also price above 500g cuz the Releasers do release anything for sale that is under that. Feel free to ask if you want pricing advise.
Healers are a huge scam. Do not. Do not. But do missions-theres a guide here

Oh wow, holy cow, this thread blew up lol!! I was not expecting quite a response, thank you everyone!!
Thank you all for all the helpful information!! (Guess I already goofed by making my Starter a Light element, oops. OTL But at least now I know better going forward xD) This is super helpful, and I am appreciative! I'll be checking out those links shortly.
@Auria - EEEEYYYY I'm an INFP too!! I'm an INFP-A though. Confident Individualism! xD Which, I sometimes how no idea how I could possibly be that when I'm also an introvert with social anxiety disorder lol. We have a lot in common! :D I'd love to be friends! I have a few precious friends around your age, so don't worry about that lol. (Hopefully you don't me being big-sisterly, it's kind of in my nature... xD)
@Lalalanmao - Oh goodness um, my favorite color issss.... #00ffe8!! I figure a hex code is easier than trying to describe it lmao. (I also like most shades of pink and orange)
@Larkien and @Stryker666 - My favorite so far is Zolnixi! I'm still kind of getting to know the different species and mutations and such. This feels similar to Wajas in that aspect?
@Ghostignalce - BRUH. *fistbump* I would also love to visit Japan someday! I actually took Japanese as my foreign language in college. I'm not fluent but I think I'm decent? I'm kind of hoping to move there one day and assimilate to finish learning the language. I love the culture and history too.
You want me to choose from those?? O: Because the second one and the last one are lovely~

To ping, if you make a post, do you see the little top bar that says "Ping Users" You have to put the usernames up there separated with a comma in order for us to be pinged xD Heres a forum with pictures if you need it

Oh. There we go lol. Gonna take some getting used to this forum setup lol, it's a bit different from what I'm used to (I'm used to being able to see the thread I'm replying to on the same screen as the reply I'm composing, and being able to just @user to ping them. Slowly getting the hang of it, though!)
