Intuitive
Intuitive Explanation
She can change the temperature in a small area based on her emotions, for example if she's getting angry it might become sweltering, or really cold if she's sad/lonely.
Flaw AND Fault
Flaw - She is not immune to these temperature changes (and she can't control it unless she can keep her emotions in check), and it affects everyone and everything within a five meter radius of her. So if she gets angry enough, she could set herself and everyone else in the area on fire and die or something.
Fault - The more of the opposite temperature it is, the less effective it is. (Like, if she's in Antarctica, she can be raging all she wants but there's almost no way a fire will start.) In addition, the temperature can likewise affect her emotions, so being in one of those walk-in freezers would make her really sad for no reason.
Personality
She is sweet but serious, and she doesn't usually make jokes herself but she'll laugh at someone else's. She can be very stern at times if someone is messing around and she thinks that it isn't the right time for that. While she is hardly a pushover, she's not going to immediately snap and go on the offensive if someone insults her, and if someone she cares about is being threatened, she'll immediately become meek and obedient. Around people she isn't comfortable with yet, she purposefully acts shy and soft-spoken so she will be underestimated. She does not like to rely solely on herself and feels insecure if she is alone. Ever since her brother was killed, she has become more despondent and smiles less, talks less, and trusts less.
Backstory
Her brother was also an Intuitive, and they were both found out by their parents when she was 9 and he 13. Their parents did not want to turn them in, so instead they were kicked out onto the streets, surviving on what they could steal. Her brother was caught and killed by a bounty hunter, but she escaped. At first, she was convinced she couldn't survive on her own and wanted to get caught to join him, but she realized that would not be what he wanted and so she continued to run and evade the hunters, but she was never the same. Her only plan for the future is to survive, as she is sure she can do nothing to stop this on her own.
RP Example
Eira skidded around a corner, making a sharp turn into a side alley and continuing to run, until she was out of breath but certain she was no longer in the tracker's range. She took a deep breath to calm herself down, the air around her already getting hotter with the fear and adrenaline of being the prey. Prey that had escaped today, she told herself, catching her breath before she started walking again. With the development of this new tracking technology, she wasn't safe blending in with the crowd. But then, when had she ever been safe?

Personality
He's not a bad person, and he doesn't have a bad opinion of Intuitives. They intimidate him, but he doesn't think they're evil or anything, and he wouldn't do it if he didn't have to. He likes peace and quiet, not running around chasing people like hunters do. He is good at solving problems and making up things as he goes, and he doesn't smile a lot. However, he is quick-witted and good at making do with what he has, which makes him a good hunter, but trying not to hurt his targets often results in failure. He's a pushover and blood makes him flinch, but his agility and various skills make up for it although he'd hate to admit it. On the other hand, he's horrible at lying at will say a bunch of random stuff even if he's not being questioned.
Backstory
His mother died when he was born and his father owned a lot of money to shady people, which eventually was what got him killed by a gang when Nathan was 16. Two years later, he was kicked out of the orphanage and was forced to take up bounty hunting as a means of supporting himself, because he couldn't get an actual job due to his father's history. He hates that this is his only option, and he hates his father for getting him in this situation. He'd rather sit in an office work with computers all day, because he hates seeing people hurt. He isn't one of those rich hunters who do it for fun and reputation, and he often has to make do with outdated technology and random MacGyvering but due to his street-smarts and quick thinking, he is rather successful.

Personality
She acts sweet and innocent, but on the inside she's quite the opposite. She doesn't really care about the well-being of others and has next to no reluctance to kill and lie, as long as it gets her where she wants. She is clever and always likes to stay one step ahead of her target, usually creating complex plans that actually work. Her fragility is a ploy to get her close enough to stab someone in the back (metaphorically or literally), and she doesn't mind a little dirt or blood, again, whatever it takes to get her where she wants. Her few 'good' relationships that aren't her family are more about what she can get out of them. The one thing that will break her is losing her honor for good, if there's even a slightest crazy chance that she can get it back, she'll do anything.
Backstory
Her entire family hates Intuitives, and while no one really has a reason for it, it hasn't stopped them. She's eager to please her family and sees it as more of a glory and honor thing more than that she really needs the money. Plus there's something thrilling about chasing down a fugitive on her own. Her parents doted on her since she was the youngest but never really thought much about her bringing glory to the family name or whatever since she has two older brothers, and now she believes she needs to prove her worth to them to be taken more seriously.

Intuitive Explanation
Premonition, he can see anywhere from a second to a day into the future.
Flaw AND Fault
Flaw - He can't choose what he sees and when he sees it, nor does he know how far into the future it is, and it cannot be changed.
Fault - The less focused he is (like if he was running away from someone or trying to do 3 things at once), the less clear and shorter they are. In addition, things from around him tend to randomly appear in the premonition like a dream, so if he was reading a book about, say, aliens, a premonition might randomly have aliens in the street or something.
Personality
He is generally quiet with a dry sense of humor. He doesn't mind putting himself in a little danger, but if someone is out of sight, he's constantly worried that he'll get a premonition of someone telling him they're dead. He'd probably keep all his friends and family in a blast-proof shelter or something if he could. If he fails to do something someone wanted him to do, he'll beat himself up over it no matter how small it is and probably try to fix it. He can't really hold grudges and is extremely loyal.
Backstory
He grew up like a normal kid, hiding it from everyone. His parents took him to see the doctor because of his frequent migraines. However, the doctor found out but didn't tell anyone and helped him keep it a secret as she was Intuitive as well for healing, when he was 18 he just left the house but could never get a good education for fear of being caught by someone less forgiving. He wants to stop all of this so that he can go to college xD

SO basically, she has an aura of peace. So anyone that comes within the range(5ft) is affected by her and can not harm her in anyway.
Flaw AND Fault
Flaw:
She can only be aggressive.
Fault:
Anyone outside her aura is unaffected, and if they have a long range weapon can injure her with any hindrance.
Anyone under her own age is unaffected.
If she gets injured the aura is deactivated.
Personality
Because of her flaw, she is a very mean person. Shes cold, calculating, and hates any sort of peaceful resolve. However, shes not hot-headed and stupid. She doesn't make any sort of decision without thinking it over first, and because of that whenever she comes up with a plan its usually quite successful. Usually.
Backstory
Her mother was also an intuitive, while her father was not. At first, he didn't know. But when he did, he was just as disgusted as everyone else was. So he told the hunters that her mother was, and they came and took her. The hunters figured Akira was also one, and they were right. But her aura prevented them from harming her, which is how she got away. Since then, shes been on the run. She'd learned fighting from other runaway intuitives, but after they were discovered and she'd once again somehow manage to slip away, shes just been running. (is this too dramatic xD id understand if it was)

Akira awoke with a shake in a dark alley. She looked up at the sky, as it was beginning to rain. She stood, walking out with a bit of a limp. Another hunter had discovered her, putting a bullet in her leg. Her luck was beginning to run out, and fast. This was bad. This was the third time she had a close call, and she was sure it wasn't the last. But she couldn't stay here for long. The same hunter, or maybe others, might've discovered where she was. The rain began to fall harder, and she flipped on her hoddie and limped off into the street.
