Well we trade via the GTS (Global Trade System) which is a bit different in each generation, but you will need a DS with access to a wifi port since its all done via the internet. :)

You can't really find Zorua, but you can find it's evolution Zoroark to breed one I guess? Zoroarks are found in the Pokemon Village area and Route 20
