Set #5

Voting for design set four.

I'm going to have to go for design set #4. Tough choice but I loved all of the designs in this set versus loving 4/5.

I also really liked 4

Set 1
1960s are so vintage~ o:
Some designs look kinda like color grabs from the images picked, so some of em were kinda a hit or miss. x: I didn't feel much umph from some designs because of some colors picked, where a bit of better color matching to the template or theme might have helped (ie when matching the floral dress, the rainbow scales were out of place unless you were referencing a different dress, the moon landing lighira kinda fell a bit bland). But good job on some of them, like the Assassination Neph and the Beatles Aeri. O:

Set 2
I'm super digging the Vietnam War Morkko and Disco Nixi (you really put the colors together well for the Disco!). Good job on those!
You lost me on the Hippie Bul, but I can see what you were sorta trying to get with the Nixon Aurleon and especially the Elvis Faelora (lmao the helmet thing LOL).

Set 3
What a blast to the past. x//x
You had quite a colorful plate to reference, which gives a lot of inspiration and content for your set. Good job capturing some themes, especially Back to the Future and Colorblaster. O:

Set 4
haha, some 90s relics over here. O:
Very interesting to see what you took from the images. Very, very literal interpretations on the colors right out of the references (ie that Pokemon Nytekrie did not scream "Pokemon" to me, not even the colors at first; same with Titanic and Aladdin), but how you designed those color schemes were amazing.
I love complex color schemes, so I'm biased here, but wow you made those colors work seamlessly.

Set 5
I gotta say, I love the "murkiness" that you had on the War on Iraq Griffi. I think it's beautiful to see it also rendered through the stained look that the Frosted Runes give.
You picked some interesting moments out of US history, so kudos there. I kinda feel bad that you mainly picked disasterous, negative times on US, because it limited your design options (ie 2 of your designs are based on red white and blue, and Katrina is also dominantly blue/white), so its hard to feel the impact. But you did good on the parts of history you chose.



Anyways, I'll vote for Set 4! c:
I do hope that designers take a moment to skim over my post for constructive criticism, kinda to see where they can improve, and why a certain set was more popular or not.
