You go inside since there was no danger, and you head to bed so you can wake up in the morning feeling more energized.
The next day...
You wake up early in a happy mood. You decide to go outside and you can see some Nephini's in the air. The wind is blowing, the flowers give off a nice scent. Everything is so peaceful.

The Ryori nods and whispers "Essence..."
There is an essence here that is inside. Should be found in a cauldron upstairs on the top floor. You go inside and find the room with the cauldron, and look for the Essence. Soon after you search you find it on a shelf.
The Ryori whispers again "Last... ingredient... cursed flower"
That must be the last ingredient for the medicine. Oddly enough, that must be what they use to cure their hatchlings. After all, they are ghosts..

The two Puffadore's whistle happily, meaning they had a good nights sleep. You head outside and the sun is beaming outside. It's really hot out today. You begin to explore and look for more Sylesti's.

I get an idea and take out the Magic Orb when its fully distract looking at the Orb I throw the capsule at it.
