SparrowSong stretched and got up. Dusk was settling in and the moon was slowly rising. She smiled to herself as she saw some mist hugging the ground. She padded out of the den silently and sat down on a rock, shrouded by fog. She sat there and stared at the slowly moving silver circle in the sky.

*Fangtalon*

I wake suddenly from a nightmare, shaking hard. I close my eyes and breathe deeply but I still shake like a leaf.

She stared at the moon. She murmured a thanks to StarClan for letting her find someone as kind as FangTalon, and she wished her parents a good life in StarClan and she padded back to the den. She saw FangTalon and rushed over to him. "What's wrong?" she said, curling up around him, trying to comfort him.

*Fangtalon*

"Just..... just a bad dream" I sigh. I finally manage to stop shaking and I finally relax, purring slightly as I nuzzle her.
"StarClan knows what I did to deserve someone like you" I purr, only half-awake by this point. I fall asleep to quickly to hear any sort of reply from her.

She looked at him as he fell asleep. "I could say the same for myself." she said, laying her head down next to him and fell asleep with a small purr.

*Fangtalon*

I dream pleasant dreams, purring softly in my sleep.

She again woke before him, but made no move to go away or move to anywhere else in the den. She lay her head back down and lay there, listening to FangTalon's steady breathing.

*Fangtalon*

I wake slowly, giving a yawn that sounds kinda like a purr since I am so content.
"I've decided I quite like company in here, specifically your company" I purr to her with a wide grin.

She gives him a wide smile and nudges his neck affectionately. "Me too."

*Fangtalon*

"Isn't it strange how even though I hate the Clans I still worship their ancestors? I don't know, maybe I don't hate the Clans so much after all. Clan life was all my father ever wanted, and I can tell my half-brother feels the same way. That and he has a crush in his Clan" I say.
