(There's two kinds: Bloodbending (controlign teh water in the blood) and that move i can't remember the name of (it literaly freezzes your opponent)

( i thought of it as stoping the water in the blood to freeze them, but if it is used to long, the person has a heart attck or somethin) ( heart attacks happen when blood clots up.)
