It hasn't been more than five minutes since *insert person closest to you* started going crazy. Hissing, screeching, attacking you. You ran, of course. What else could you do? You couldn't attack them. So you had to run for your life. It was only when you were safe- from them, that is- that you realized you had nowhere to go.

Jacie glanced backwards to make sure she had put enough distance between herself and the crazy people. She took a deep breath, and a couple of places ran through her head.
The library had books. Maybe this had happened before and she could look things up there.
The park. It had places to hide and trees close together, perfect for making tree houses.
Her basement. It had lots of supplies including, but not limited to, food, water, books, papers.
Woods. Many places to hide. Lots of animals for food. Just need something to attack with...
But since all of those were most likely out of question, she might as well consult a map to find a safe place.

Unfortunately, you don't know where you can find a map. And you don't even know where you are, you must have run somewhere blindly in your panic.

You're in the middle of a sidewalk, cars are whizzing past you, but the sun is setting and the sidewalk is devoid of people.

Jacie frowns slightly, and checked the direction of traffic. Jacie follows the sidewalk, trying to see if there are any people - not cursed - inside the cars. Jacie also looks if she is next to a town or not.

The cars are moving too quickly for you to see inside, and they are moving in the opposite direction of you.
You appear to be on the outskirts of a suburban area.

Jacie heads in the direction of the town. It would be dangerous if there was more zombie things, but otherwise, there were many pro's to that.
Shops and places to hide...the like.
