Vere gave a nod, showing you 5 other sailors with a wave of his arm, "Can we help you with loading any goods on, should we prepare her for sailing? One of us can guard you while you explore the town if yer wish" he gave you a nod.

He took 300, "it's also 30 per timber" he raised an eye, "If you don't have enough as a new sailor you can go to the trade guilds. I will be here all day as it is my job." Angelica ran up behind you, she is temporarily an npc. She came back carrying one casket of rum and a pelt of fur in her arms, running towards you, "I've got the goods" she grinned

The pirates at sea are pesky but easy, you don't need experience, just shoot the cannon to beat them. On land, they aren't imbeciles. They do know how to fight and you don't have a weapon. Plus, you have not learnt the collection skill to find plants yet."

"You are right, I am not ready to fight against bandits." I admitted. "I should go to Salonica first, if I can find quests for beginner adventurers there".
Collecting plants did not sound very difficult, but there may be things I did not know yet about collecting samples and botanics.
"Do you know were I could learn collection skills?" I asked.

"The Venice adventure master can teach you, it's around two weeks away on your boat" he pushed his glasses up and stood up, "I will give you 5,000 now and 7,000 when you return from your trip to Salonica"

You headed to the School, it was at the top north. I'll make Clems character a temporary npc I guess? Alice followed you, humming. She kept on looking at the market stalls in fascination and you headed there, trying on a few very expensive pieces of jewelry as well. As you headed into the school, there desks were neatly polished: there were 4, one for the receptionist, and one for each teacher, Adventure, Battle & trade. There were tapestries hanging down.

Arthur strides into the battle school, wondering if they would be willing to take in a student. Alice liked adventure, so he assumed that she would go to the adventure school.

You went up to the desk on the battle professor. He gave you a nod, "Ah, you'll returned. I'm afraid you'll have to travel to Amsterdam to continue Intermediate battle school"
