The school prides itself on being the most creative and out there, they never say no and don't give up. The students tend to be quite cheerful and adventurous. You learn a range of skills from basic things such as cooking and cleaning to survival. They know how to find things and spot changes in wind direction and wave power, along how to survive severe things such as storms. Students tend to travel long distances and don't settle down.

Investment
Towns
If you invest into a town, it will waver what country it is allied to. if you invest enough, the town will elect you mayor and let you get things cheaply. However, towns do need your attention encase difficultly arises.
Companies
Anyone can create a company for 10,000 gold. Companies don't take a lot to run and can give perks such as: selling at the company shop and an extra warehouse. You can also join a company, the people in it will become your allies and you can help each other.
Colonies
You need a company to start a colony. Colonies can be started in America or Africa. They need a lot of investment and depending on which things you buy, such as a blacksmith, doctors, depends the people you can get. Colonies can only be built up a certain amount. Colonies will need you to elect a mayor and make sure everything's okay every now and again.

Farms & Plundering
Farms
By travelling around Africa and finding the abandoned Gold Coast port, you can access the farm. It can be developed through the bank, five times in each category.
