I just started playing. Most of my pokemon are in the 11-20 levels (because I'm taking it easy, plus I'm evenly pacing myself with my boyfriend!). My Event Torchic and Fenniken already evolved. FD;;

@Starfall, it bricks your game i.e. renders it unplayable. Corrupts it. You have to restart.

@Gbumpkin, and now you have! Ta-da! I'm reading through a couple threads about it and it happens often enough that we should just avoid Lumiose saves until it's fixed. It SEEMS it happens mostly during blackout near the left-most cab, but I wouldn't mess with it.

Have a picture of what the corrupted save files load on--Lumiose City, weird angle, no textures, distortion, floating protag. They're all like that.

I haven't played a Pokemon game since I was a kid but I'm seriously considering trying X & Y.

I got the game on release and have been so addicted. e_e I've never had such a huge problem deciding what pokemon to use in my team. Way more than just six that I love are available before the elite four, and it feels like a shame to leave some out. I've resorted to having a rotating team.

Pokemon amie makes it worse too. Gible never seemed THAT cute until I saw how fast he eats the food I give him. He takes such huge bites out of the food and proceeds to become adorably happy, which makes sense being a pokemon that is more mouth than anything else. It's freaking adorable though. I can't handle that kind of cute maaaan, just had to squeal and freak out. Sad day when he evolved and lost all that cuteness.. BUT YEAH. I'm on a mission to play with every single pokemon within pokemon amie and see who my favorites are that way.
