Eh, that was more a reference to the examples of some of the conspiracy theories I've already seen people spouting over things like Facebook and as a general example of the kind of easily impressionable people I am referring to. I won't get into the politics regarding China/US in full because I just honestly believe the whole epidemic is totally being mishandled at those levels.

And yeah, Chubby's a bit anxiety inducing to watch if you've seen anything else of his content because he holds back no details on any sort of illness (don't get me started on his HIV videos, they are very uh.. nightmarishly descriptive), but that's exactly why I linked him because he's extremely informative when it comes down to breaking down the nitty gritty of medical topics and case examples, both bad and good.
Also the playlist of information and the case examples of it in younger individuals are also good sources of information from him imo. He kinda plays off that theme of health anxiety though. A lot of his videos have happy endings, but not all of them. When I first saw that video from him in my subscriptions, I thought he was going to dramatize the case, but he actually took the opportunity to use it fully as a educational lesson without censoring any of the details, for lack of better words.

Oh and quick side note about our guidelines when dealing with Influenza. I watched a video...I can't remember who it was or which one it was but im...fairly certain it was an okay source? It may have been Medcram or Peak Prosperity. Anyway somebody was going over the plan we have when dealing with the flu and...well...we followed none of those rules >.> But take that lightly I guess,, because I cant actually remember the source or what *exactly* we didnt do that we would when dealing with the flu (alhtough I do remember that they were going over the CDC's website)

*pokes head in* I didn't have time to read through but if you haven't, do mention the following:

~Not all Asians are contagious. FOr some reason, people here in SoCal (aka where a lot of Asians live-a scary amount) seem to thinkthat Asain=more chance of coronavirus to catch. Um, no. I'm Assian, but 1. I'm not related ot anone in Wuhan (that I know of) so I didn't go to China. 2. The highest numbers of Coronavirus are not in L.A., they're actually in CHina, South Korea, and Italy. Yes, Italy. That means that a non-Asian who went to Wuhan could have just as easily caught it, and you're probably just as likely to catch it from a non-Asian. So stop generalizing, thank you very much.

~As long as you catch it early, Coronavirus is like if you catch the flu from someone or something. Just a little more deadl y since we know little about it. But even then, think of Corona like a really bad case of the flue/pneumonia. Cover your cough, cover your sneeze, don't go out if youre sick, use common sense, and wash your hands.

~And do let the hospital know if you're coming and ou believe you have coronavirus. It won't hurt you to call and extra steps can be taken to protect others.

~Moisten your mouth every so often with water and swallow. If it's in your mouth, then it'll probably go down with the water and into your stomach where the acid can kill it. And do avoid touching your face unless absolutely necessary.

And like my pastor said, avoid licking poles to see if your tougnue will stick. Bad idea, because if it's below 36 degress, your toungue will freeze, wet or not. Very painful indeed. And 2, germs.. So maybe don't eat that snow in your backyard..?
