He followed though none horses seemed interested in him. That was until the animal simply walked up to him. The dapple grey horse lightly nibbled at his hair, nickering some. The boy swallowed hard covering his head some in his hands. "River help!" He said in a shaking voice.
"Nightingale!" Another stable hand said running towards the horse. "How did you get out again."

"Really?" Mo looked at her in surprise as the girl pointed. "Hmm. They don't seem too interested." It was true. They all stood around near each other, shoving their faces into the grass or grooming. "Maybe I should try calling?"

I walked over to him. " Dex chill, it won't be able to eat all of you. "

"Yeah. And if none of them come, you're welcome to have my horse." Skyler smiled, only half serious. She spotted a bay horse. "Oooh what about that one?"

"Yeesh. I think she likes you better." Mo gave a half-heated laugh. "Actually, she definitely likes you better." She looked off in the direction the girl had pointed towards a bay stallion. His head was up, eyes and ears alert, staring curiously at the girls. "I could try, I guess. No harm, no foul." She whistled once, and clicked loudly at him.

Skyler watched, smiling. Storm nickered.

Logan came riding over and asked, "How's it going?"

Mo barely glanced at him. Her eyes were on the stallion, who was sniffing the air cautiously. "Trying to see which one picks me." As she said this, the bay took a slow step forward.

"That bay one looks interested," Logan said

"You think so?"

The bay was coming closer, ears swiveling to catch their conversation. He stopped a few yards from them and whinnied.

"But it's pulling my hair!" He huffed trying to get away from the animal. "Please makie it stop!" He was panicking. Seeing this the horse snorted putting its head on his chest. "Wait is she really going to eat me? I don't want to get eaten by a horse."
