The pe coach is telling yoru class to start laps (i think u rin pe right? Sorry of om wrong)


(I'm in PE ^-^)

I start running the laps, keeping a steady but fairly fast pace.

When you all stop, you're one of the few not out of breath.

Then you're instructed to rotate through pushups, situps, and burpies.

I take a moment to get some water from my water bottle (gotta stay hydrated) before moving on to the pushups/situps/burpies keeping my breathing even and trying to keep a rythem going

I hold back a grin, I prided myself on my ability to stay in shape and was glad to see it paid off.
