She carefully stood up in her new riding boots and closed the cab door, dusting off her dress as she did so. She looked around at her surrounding area and immediately took off, walking towards the yard. She was new here, to be working as a Riding Instructor with the new students. She was carrying two suitcases with her and wanted to settle down in where she would be staying quick. She looked around, wanting to find some sort of guide she could ask for help.

Zachariah had strolled in, rather promptly blowing a kiss at the first person he passed who happened to be Syne. He looked up at Logan, slightly annoyed he was standing on the horse, "Hey! I'm ready to get my horse, can we hurry this us?" he spoke in a thick German accent and gave a flirtatious wink at him.

Logan pointed to the stables. "If you don't get a horse from the stables, try the pastures."
Skyler was still wiping horse snot off her T-shirt. "Ugh, do we have to?"
"Yes."
She rolled her eyes. "Fine"

Mo straightened her posture and lifted her chin. The pasture sounded promising. She wasn't sure if she could tell if a horse 'picked' her if it was closed in a stall. "Are we all going together or is it like a free-for-all? Sorta thing? I mean like...." She trailed off, not knowing quite sure how to continue.

Skyler went through the stables, and none of the horses seemed interested in her. She headed to the pasture, and almost immediately a smaller horse(not quite a pony) came up to her. She turned her head to the side and shut her eyes tight as she reached out a hand. The horse nickered and brought it's muzzle to her hand

Waiting outside the stables, Mo saw one girl emerge and head towards the pasture. She followed close behind.
There were so many horses. Blacks, bays, dapples, greys, roans, buckskins, chestnuts, paints. Some small, some only ponies. Stallions, geldings, mares. Everywhere. How could she ever find one?
Mo watched as a pony chose the girl that she had followed. "So that's it huh? She seems to really like you."

I followed Dexion into the stables, then to where my horses were. As I walked past, a white one shook her mane to get my attention. I immediately remembered her. I smiled and put my hand up, and she liked it.

Skyler opened her eyes and saw another girl. "Yeah, I guess..." She wrinkled her nose slightly. Storm whinnied and it scared Sky. She jumped back, screaming slightly

Mo gazed off into the distance. She spotted a handsome blue roan, and a Friesian. Further off there was a pod of Arabians and a pair of Appaloosas. A pretty golden Haflinger stood nearby, but she turned tail to Mo and huffed, unimpressed.

"I'm surprised I got picked so soon. I'm not that big a fan of horses." Stormy snorted. Skyler jumped again. "What about that one?" She pointed to one of the Arabians. "That one's pretty."
