You need to use a Philter of Amnesia they are bought with scale in the scale shop...But they are also tradeable so they can be found in the trade broker if you choose the right category

Ps: Scales are obtained by correctly nurturing pets. When an egg is warm you need to cool it, when the egg is cool you need to warm it. When the egg is restless you need to turn it. When the egg is dull you need to polish it. When a hatchling is weak you need to work out with it. When a hatchling is derpy, you need to read it a book. When a hatchling is you, you need to race with it. When a hatchling is restless you need to play with it.
And when a hatchling is hungry you need to offer food. :)
