It's nice to see variety even among the traditional entries.
I'm no expert with markers, but I still highly recommend using blending markers. They are essentially markers with clear ink that you use to blend together both marker and pencil crayons. They are a big help in blending out pencil crayon lines into a smooth colour as well as making the ink in your other markers go a lot further.
To find them just go to whatever online or physical art supply outlet you normally use and ask/search for "Colorless Blender" or "Colorless Blending Marker" (I personally recommend using Prismacolor since they are cheaper than Copics)

I do have one, I'm just still learning how to use it. I didn't know you could use it for colored pencils though, thanks!
