(Iv never seen My Hero Academia but iv seen the gist on YouTube. Hopefully I dont Mess this up. Im referencing my character off of one of my favorite franchises: the SCP Foundation! If you dont know what that is, its basically a massive group of people all around the world capturing and containing threats to human life. Their goal is to make sure the world doesnt end or go back to the dark ages. They catch ghosts, aliens, monsters, and other anomalies. They even got a staircase that never ends. Im basing my character off one of my fav SCPs- SCP-682, the Hard-to-Destory Reptile. Heres the link to the wiki and SCP-682.

As human: (imagine him with yellow, slitted eyes, clawed hands and teeth, and sharp teeth. And make the hair green and longer, like dreadlocks.

Sexuality: bi, prefers girls over guys

Quirk name: the 682 phenomenon, or just 682 power for short. When pissed and hurt, he transforms into SCP-682, albeit a way less OP version. He calls this 682 rampage.

How does your quirk work?: is super strong, adaptive, and smart. Has sharp claws on his hands and feet, and sharp canine teeth. Is super hard to kill due to crazy good regeneration and skin. He literally can regrow lost limbs besides his head in a few hours at most. If he is somehow decapitated but saved by getting frozen or something that allows him to still live, a new body will grow from the neck. He may be hard to kill, but can be hurt by fire, electricity, explosions, and other things. Can adapt super well and change his body to protect himself. He doesnt form a suit of armor, for example. His skin hardens to become armor. Is super intelligent and can solve most problems. He does have a few issues. He has ADHD so he cant sit still, and is kinda crazy. Instead of planning a strategy for fighting, he goes in swinging. Can be knocked out by serious electricity, and regeneration can be slowed by acid soaks. He may be hard to kill, but he tries to use that for the greater good. And he is not immortal. He can live for a while, yes, but can die of old age. He also has one, last ditch ability.

682 Rampage.

When he is seriously hurt or angry, or both, he transforms into the true SCP-682. He is even harder to hurt and kill in this form, and is stronger, faster, and his regeneration is off the charts. You cant really beat him. You can only stun him. In practice battles, he often yeilds to an opponent he deems better than himself, but still would lose due to being unable to kill him.

Hero: student, tries to be hero

Characters Backstory: was an orphan after parents abandoned him on the streets. Was taken to a lab (read- kidnapped) and was experimented on, forming the creature and powers he has today. He broke out during his first ever 682 rampage, and ran far away so he wouldnt be recognized and caught. He found the school and decided to use his powers for good and joined them. He has serious self doubt and hates himself. He swore to never go back to the lab he escaped from.

Asperations: like, goals in life?

Likes: battling, food (especially meat like steak) being alone

Dislikes: boredom, cages, acid, being alone. (He prefers to be alone, but doesnt like it.)

Flaws: can be hurt to serious degrees (which he counts as basically torture), can tire easily from doing crazy things, surviving big hits, or going on a rampage, almost always hungry and bored unless fighting.

Fear[s]: being captured, dying, labs.

Fatal Flaw: while his body is super tough and hard to hurt, his mind isnt. Hes intelligent and can put up mental blocks through sheer willpower, but influence dark thoughts or stuff like that and his mind is open for the taking.

Other?: is suicidal due to being so lonely. Ironically, he hasnt found a way to kill himself yet. Holds back in battles so he doesnt seriously hurt his opponent. When

Its very hard, yes, and almost impossible when hes rampaging. But he can be hurt, and eventually killed. The only issue is how.

[I actually dont know how, because on the Wiki, every attempt to kill the creature has failed. They literally got another SCP that can change time through stories and plots, and used it to make a friendly monster that tried to kill SCP-682. It should have, but lost. SCP-682 literally changed the plot of an already written story where he died, by surviving. He literally was also transported to another deminsion so he could die, and become universal. As in, he is in every universe in some way. No SCP-682, no universe. If SCP-682 somehow dies, the universe dies. Im not counting that here, because thats seriously OP, but still. It is canon on the Wiki.)

How does your quirk work?: It works like Ryukos but instead of being a dragon with human features, Rysko turns into a massive pitch black dragon with no human features apart from being able to talk in her human voice. When in human form she can make parts of her become like a dragon, Like making wings form out of her back and tail out from her tailbone.

Rysko was bullied by everyone at her school because her quirk was called Devils dragon, She had no friends at all. Her school was where most quirkless kids go, Everyday quirkless kids came to her school the school bully would give them PTSD by teasing them and making them the school outcasts. One day Rysko had had anough of this and defened the quirkless kid being bullied.

Asperations: To protect everyone from villains

Flaws [at least 2-3] Can go rage easily and turn into her dragon form and start going around scaring people, Is scared of stepping on someone in dragon form so doesn't transform often
