Characters Backstory:
When she was little her father was her hero, well you could say she was a daddys girl but she looked up to him. Her mother on the other hand not so much, her ,mother wanted so much from her that she couldnt handle it. But her father pushed her to be the greatest her she can be. So she got into the academy to keep her fathers spirit alive, and of course to do something she loves

She wants to follow her fathers words and be what she wants to be
She wants to master her quirk because she enjoys it

He's known as Akatori, but his colleagues call him by Vulture.

He's seventeen but he's posing as a fifteen year old- and his baby-face helps him fit the part.

Personality:
Masami is a determined fellow, when he wants something, he will get it. He isn't very loyal though, who ever promisses him more will catch more of his attention. When something interests him, he will obtain it- it doesn't matter if it's a living person or a object. Though, on the surface, he seems very charming and helpful. He is a flirt and loves to make people flustered, though he usually doesn't mean it- But if someone flirts back, he will literally freeze up in surprise. He doesn't fall in love often, but when he does he falls hard, but tries to be swauve about it and constantly tries to cover it up. Masami likes to hang out with those less intelligent than him; he is already quite intelligent, but this makes him feel better about himself. Masami is a great liar and he has a couple years under his belt to show for it. He can fool nearly anyone, especially those with a lower IQ. (He's a bit of an Anarchist- He also has a lot of pent-up self-doubt.)
Ethnicity:
His family comes from South America and East Asia.
Appearance:
A lanky young man with a baby-face, he stands at 5'10. He has fluffy light-brown hair, shaved into a loose mohawk. He has grey eyes that seem to hyper focus of certain things from time to time. Dispite his slouched, thin form, he's honestly very intimidating. He has a nasty, jagged scar on his arm- he has several different stories for it.

His sexual prefferance has to be idiots- he can't help but be attracted to them.
Quirk name:
Harpy
How does your quirk work:
He can sprout bird-like features from already formed limbs. He can sprout feathered wings from his arms, talons from his feet, and a tail of feathers to help in flight. Eventually his body can become covered in feathers, and become mostly bird-like in appearance, accept his face. He can get stuck in this form or stuck mid-transformation. It isn't necessarily painful, but it's very awkward, especially if he doesn't atleast practice with it once a day.
Hero, Student, or Villian:
(I hope this is fine.) He's a villian, but he's currently posing as a UA student.
Characters Backstory:
He had a rather fine childhood, he just got bored and wanted more than a two bedroom appartment stuck with his lonely mother. So he ran away from home when he was fourteen and somehow found himself making deals with random assortments of people- Eventually the League of Villians got his attention and they became his favorite costumer. Though he isn't totally sold with them.
Asperations:
He aspires to have power, or to just get what he wants, when he wants it. (He's pretty ego driven.)
He also wants to be better than his father who left him and his mother unnexpectedly.
Likes:
+ Left overs.
+ Leaving a lasting impression.
+ He actually kind of likes children.
+ Seeing others flustered by him.
+ Quoting vines/stupid commercials in tough situations.
+ Using his quirk, He just thinks it's fun.
+ Tricking people.
Dislikes:
- Warm food.
- Elevator Music, it's extremely irritating to him- he only likes it when in ironic situations.
- Getting flirted with. (He doesn't dislike it, but it causes some technological errors.)
- Not getting what he wants.
- Love songs.
- Skittles, they get stuck in his teeth.
- Getting stuck.
- Small spaces.
Flaws:
He's not very honest.
He can get lost in himself.
He can actually be kind of clingy. (I think it's anxiety from his dad leaving him.)
He only listens to himself and doesn't take suggestions.
He has a lot of self-doubt and turns it into his ego.
Fear:
He hates being completely left alone, especially when he's left to his thoughts.
Masami also has horrible claustrophobia and will have the worst panic attack to be seen when in a small space.
Fatal Flaw:
He isn't very loyal, and will drop something for a better, different thing.
Other:
He sounds like Marshel Lee, from Adventure Time
Themes: Will Wood & The Tapeworms - Doctor Sunshine is Dead, Grandson - Stick Up, and Cage the Elephant - No Sleep for the Wicked
He usually wears a mannican mask for when he's around the LoV- so he isn't caught.
