Hello! My apologies for bringing this up when I'm aware you will still be busy but I wanted to make sure I got it down on a thread now the main real life festivities are over

In these Official Games/Contests from the Fall Festival it states:
"All entries that are picked will have their avatar items created and be given one free copy of the submitted items. Everyone that participates will also receive a participation prize. "

"All entries that are picked will have the gene created and will receive a Mystical Essence of the submitted species. Everyone that participates will also receive a participation prize."


"All entries that are picked will have the mutation created and will receive a Mystical Essence of the submitted species. Everyone that participates will also receive a participation prize. "


Avatar, Gene and Mutation

I only strongly recall this and the fact that we were never given participation prizes because I hauled****** to get entries in for this haha :P - I was in hospital that week so spent it on my teeny phone screen making sure I met the deadline, so it was fairly disappointing when the prizes we were promised never materialised. I don't normally enter these things as I know there are people on here with incredible ideas and incredible artistry, but as there were participation prizes I felt I should take part and as such went to some lengths and stress to make sure everything was in on time.

I'd really appreciate it if you could take some time to figure out what went on here and get participation prizes out to us. Of course, I can totally understand that this likely won't come until after the Winter Festival when you have more time on your hands, but an acknowledgement would be absolutely grand until then.

I believe that this was a typo. I don't think we typically award participation prizes for these idea contests or if we ever have.

I guess we can look into something since we stated such.

I see that it was stated throughout those that we would hand out participation prizes. But did we actually hand anything out? Lol.

I browsed through my Account Notifications and didn't see anything about receiving a participation reward for any avatar/gene/mutation design contests.

The reason that we don't intend to hand out participation prizes for these is because the whole point is for the Site to help us come up with the upcoming festival's content. That's supposed to be the reward in itself. It's not meant to be an actual contest with winners, etc. They also usually contain a lot of participants and we have to sort through the entire thread (in this case, all 3) to find the participants - scripts won't work because a lot of people post just comments or placeholder posts and don't actually participate.

Anyway though, I guess we'll come up with something to hand out for these three since it was stated.
