I went exploring in the seasonal festival and all I can see is black grids. The explore looks like this:

Same. My explore is all black.

Pls fix. Impossible to play the game. ;-;

Same, I dind't have any issues until I hard refreshed on the explore page, now everything but enemies are jsut broken images.

Some spots are still black, mainly the caves?

That would just be a caching issue on your end. Try a couple hard refreshes (Shift+F5 on PC) or just manually clear your browser cache.

Everything looks normal on our end.

My best guess is that you still have some locally cached broken tiles. I would suggest clearing your local cache for Sylestia via your browser settings.
