By soul, I mean free time and sanity. I'm afraid I don't own any souls at the moment, mine or otherwise.
I'm mainly looking for a slow-paced, literate one-on-one RP :D (Groups with two other people, not including me, are also fine, but not more.)
Literate - posts are almost always more than a paragraph, usually at least two (written as if you're telling a story with the other person).
Posts include pretty major scenes, lots of detail, and events moving forward a decent bit for each one, unless it's a super rapid-fire conversation or action-intense scene that requires going back and forth. You're basically going back and forth with short, book-quality chapters with the other person.
Slow-paced - generally allowing for like a several days between replies on average, preferably. It can be flexible, but generally no shorter than a day (or two replies total per day), and no longer than 14 days between replies.
I may reject you if:
- I've already gone with someone else and don't have an open spot (I will most likely only be in two literate groups at the very most at a time)
- You have a specific idea that I don't prefer
- I have to choose between multiple people and go with someone else for whatever reason.
- I do not prefer your style of writing (sorry, please don't take offense ^^")

Things I would prefer to do/usually do/like in general:
- Fantasy settings - I like to worldbuild and make a unique world/universe. High fantasy is preferred. Anything that could be considered fantasy is usually fair game, so I'm leaving that vague, though there are some I don't prefer for whatever reason (e.g. full medieval)
- Adventure/action - Fight scenes are fun.
- Horror - By this, I mean horror themes, but not full-on horror to the point where the characters are basically helpless and running away from creepy dolls the entire time
- Mystery - Again, would prefer aspects of mystery combined with other stuff
- Close platonic relationships
- Established group of main characters - e.g. a friend group or people who are part of an order
- Traveling a lot
- Capable characters
- Immortal characters - It's just fun, not quite gods (too OP) but maybe a step below
- ...I forget. Just chuck things at me xD
I'd be very interested in a good partially-horror or mystery RP since I've done few of those and find them cool.
Things I won't do/would prefer not to do:
- Romance - Hinting at it or having pre-established side characters are alright, but I can't RP romance all that well, so no romantic subplots. QP/alterous relationships are fair game.
- Sci-fi - Idk, I just don't find it appealing, personally.
- Dystopian/apocalyptic - Similar to above, but minor themes may be alright.
- Fandoms - Inspiration from fandoms is fine
- Ferals - Shapeshifters or people with animal qualities/traits e.g. ears/tails are fine
- Slice of life - As in just school drama or something
- "AU Earth" ones - Where the world is normal/real life, usually based on Earth except for some minor twist. These aren't my favorite, though I do like certain ones depending on the details, so if you have one, feel free to suggest it
- NSFW - Duh. This includes buildup.
Other notes:
- Anything not listed, run it by me! I may have forgotten to list it, or may/may not be okay with it under certain conditions. I sound picky but I'm not really, as long as it works out somehow :D
- Violence/gore/swearing is alright, just keep it PG-13 and don't put it in circumstances that would still be potentially triggering without it. (We're on a public forum yo)
- Sylestia forums are the preferred and most convenient location for me, though we can go elsewhere (such as Discord)
- Your grammar doesn't have to be perfectly splendid, as long as I can read it easily enough and the content is fine
- Uhhh if you want an example of my writing for some reason, I'm sure I can find a non-cringey one somewhere. I think. I hope? Probably not, it's all cringey
- If you want, feel free to request a character/OC with certain traits
- If it gets to such a point, planning out a vague outline to follow would be preferable
- I may ask for a sample of your writing if I'm not familiar with you.

Hi, I'd be up to RP. I prefer the types of RPs you described, do you have any ideas or plots currently, or should I throw out some suggestions? I have quite a few OCs that can fit in most situations, so almost anything will work.

Hey! I don't have any specific plots, though I do have some very vague ideas I've been meaning to try that I can throw out as well. Perhaps we can combine or play around with some? I can usually adapt my OCs or make new ones to fit better, so we should be good on that front :D

i'd be interested in something slow paced with a small group of people! i'm a writer, so i can definetly churn out a good paragraph or two of text per response, and i make sure my responses are legible so everyone can read them. if you want, i could try to come up with a few prompts but i'm basically down for anything ^^

Sure thing! We can make a group with Theatretechnerd if they want and then brainstorm. Or if they don't want to, we could have a one-on-one (or find a third person, dunno). Either way, I probably won't be able to keep up with any more than 1-2 RPs going at the same time ^^

I'd also prefer to be a group xD Probably because I don't want to juggle two lit RPs at once, lol, and also groups of three is more interesting, but of course it's up to them

would you be willing to RP with me and Skylarky in a small 3 people RP? if so, i'd be interested in joining you two, and i'd be willing to both suggest ideas and go along with whatver you two decide on. it's chill if you don't though ^^
