I am going to make these three max stat faes into a battle party for the spring fest boards.

What elements and proficiencies would be best, and also what level and equipment? I may be interested in purchasing equipment for them.

usualy the set-up for a team is 1 attacker, 1 tank and 1 healer, but the festival zone isnt all that hard to fight throught so if you realy want to go with quantity of kill 2 attacker (air+fire, fire+fire or air+air) and 1 water tank should be more then enough to speed through most if not all the battles of this zone. It nead to be a water tank tho, as they can heal your entier party somwhat efficiently with ice sphere.

For the proefiency, just follow what is seen as the most efficient stat of the element and go from there. The right vinethorn equipement should be more the enough if you dont have access to stoneweaver and/or dont have enough to trade and get entier sets. ^-^

realy ? i am sure i already won several prices with my curent team at lv 70 in the past few years, you sure you dont confuse it with the arena teams ? those have a level cap.

Uhh... nope.
It is easier with lvl30 teams since the enemies become lvl30, thus becoming easier to beat.

What Luna is saying is that board teams can be any level. However, difficulty isn't perfectly balanced in the fest zone. Teams at level 70 can take 5-10ish turns per battle while a team at level 25-30 usually take 2-3 turns per battle. Sometimes even one turn per battle. Battling is, therefore, significantly faster with a lower level team. Often we'll use a lower level battle team for the general battles and then switch to a level 70 team for the bosses so we can get that sweet sweet double drop bonus.

Plus, ever wonder why people have board teams? Why get a whole other team just to make a double of your first that will do the same thing? Waste of time, money & space. The reason they buy separate ones is that they need to be a different level, so they need a new team they can use. If you needed lvl70 then just take your first team, no need for a new one. However, with the level differences, elements, and strategy, a new team would be the only option.
