I'm planning to build the Temple of Light in the Lost Grove, but have no clue how to get them.

Pure Lunar water is a drop from the Druids and Malfarian, and can also be obtained from chests and from epic-tier barracks tasks.
Mender's Talismans drop from Nightfall Menders, (and I assume from chests and rare-tier barracks tasks I don't pay much attention to mender's talismans)
