Ok, this has been going on for a long time for me, a task i dont even have active has been showing up in caves for me, and everytime i click the yellow exclamation point it says task updated 1/3. Not sure whats going on but something is clearly glitchy

I removed the spawns for you that were attached to a Task that you do not actively have.
