It was rather late in the evening at The Drunking Knight Tavern a semi popular taven in the kingdom of Valimshar a large trading city popular with all sorts of species from large brutish Orc's to vain high elves and many humans and halflings. Inside the Drunken knight was somewhat busy and large a group of orc's from a nearby village was at a large table drunkenly Reminiscing about stories Of times long forgotten and at another two goblins talked over a trade deal and at the final taken table was a group of Large Adventurers varying in different species Taking a break From a task but had brought into the Kingdom and the staff Alexamder woodman the owner was at the bar (bartender) and his wife Elizabeth was behind the Kitchen cooking And the final member Eleanor was bringing a tray of drinks to the Goblin party.
Eleanor place the drinks down in front of them both She gave him a polite smile Took the payment for the drinks And wish them well and Brushed down her apron and walked over to the kitten getting the food for one of the adventures who drooled at the site of the food. Alexander heard the door open and looked up seeing a crimson eyed tiefling walk in "Ella? We have a new customer" he said unable to Greek them as the orc's ordered a another round

Talisman looks around the bar nervously, careful not to show too much of his own face. He is taller than most, but his skeletal frame and nervous posture give him a fragile air- that, and the fact that the tavern becomes hushed with his arrival. He sits down at a table, hood nearly covering his scarlet eyes. He glances at the people in the tavern nervously, hopefully they won't attack him like the people in the last place.
It's been three years now since he started his painful journey for redemption. It..... hasn't been going so well, to say the least. The people who scream insults at him in the streets, the angry mobs and self-righteous assassins. There are some who are kind, but in all Talisman's life has been pretty rough for the past couple of years. He glances up at the barmaid nervously. "H-hello."

The large group of orc's slightly too drunk to recognise talisman simply Continued the maryment still laughing and taking loudly in their native tounge Most places would have kicked them out right now but despite being drunk they provided protection for the staff as they enjoyed the taven and its staff as they was the few places that Accepted them as most were off by their Brutish nature. The goblins Meanwhile merely looked As they were waiting for their business partner who had yet to come and every time at the door opens their heads would shoot up hoping that they would finally arrived.
Eleanor walked over holding a tray under her right arm and and once she arrived at his table she flashed him a kind soft smile It was almost welcoming "good afternoon sir welcome to our taven, would you like a menu?" She said softly but loud enough to be heard over the hustle and bustle of the Customers. Eleanor had heard stories of tailaman from People who encountered him during his Is darker phase of his past But luckily for him most who told his story to her was drunk and either slurred their words or was unable to remember such details such as his physical appearance.

"That'd be much appreciated. Thank you," Talisman says quietly, eyeing the orcs with a slight expression of fear in his eyes. So far, so good. Nobody was at his throat, or throwing beer steins at him, or anything of the sort. He brushes a lock of his black-and-silver hair behind his ear, revealing the base of his horn behind his hood. He sits up a little straighter, but not enough to draw attention to himself.

Eleanor smiled seeing he turned his attention to the orc group " Don't worry about them, Garek and his team are only dangerous if you threaten or insult them most of the time they are just loud" she said and was about to say something else when Tailaman moved she noticed the base of his horn and her gaze coloured eyes widened slightly "a tiefling?" She whispered to herself quietly suprised to see one as she she hadn't seen one in years but her surprise quickly left her and she placed a menu down in front of him that contained both food and drinks on the menu "please take your time sir, I'll check on you in a few moments" she said and flashed him another warm smile

Talisman nods, taking that into mind. Don't insult the orcs, don't get smashed. Got it. He freezes, hearing Eleanor whispering to herself. Tieflings like himself are often treated with deep contempt- well, him in particular even more so, but evidently she hasn't recognized him yet. He watches as the barmaid walks away and allows himself the faintest ghost of a smile in return. She's definitely one of the kinder ones; at least until someone recognizes him. Which, eventually, they always do.

He said and she smiled "yes" she said and glanced at Tailaman "it just that I feel like I have meet him before but I would have remembered meeting a Tiefling they are rare around here" she said unfortunately some of the orc's heard the word tiefling

Talisman pales, shying away from the band of orcs, who are now squinting at him intently. He hides his face behind the menu, shrinking back into his seat. Don't look at me don't look at me don't look at me don't look at me! You can see fear shining in his eyes, and at the moment the tiefling looks like the least threatening person in all of Valimshar. He pulls his hood up further over his head, trying to hide the faint outline of his horns, which are woefully large.

Alexander noticing the situation walked over "everything alright fellas?" He said addressing the orc's with a stern but friendly tone of voice making sure to not appear rude or threatening to the group of large Male orc's the group had six members the largest was the one eleanor mentioned seemed to pay no interest in Tailsman at all he seemed to not even care that the Tiefling was in the same room as him. Meanwhile Eleanor quietly walked over and stood by her uncle confused by the situation and glanced at Tailsman he seemed almost timid like a scared puppy it was almost cute. lucky the rest of the Customers payed no attention to the orc's or tailsman more interested in their own business than that of others
// Since I do not know his pass you're more than welcome to play as one of the orc or goblins

(all right! I think I'm gonna play as one of the goblins :)
The goblin shovels a large forkful of goose eggs into his mouth, washing them down with a generous gulp of ale. He looks around warily, then leans in to whisper something to his other goblin friend. "Hey, did'ja see that guy over there? He looks just like....." The other goblin squints at Talisman, who shies away, casting his gaze to the floorboards of the tavern. The second goblin nearly chokes on his ale, recognizing the cloaked Tiefling at once. "No way. Izz'at...... Talisman Zurior?"
Talisman's heart jolts at the mention of his name, blood turning to ice. "I....." He says quickly. "I've got to be going now." He leaps up and pays the owner of the bar for his meal, which is mostly finished by now. Without a second thought, he whirls around and exits the Drunken Knight as fast as he can. You catch a glimpse of his face as he leaves- long, thin and narrow, with a prominent scar along the bridge of his nose. Sunken eyes the color of rubies, and two long, jagged obsidian-black horns. The tiefling disappears just as fast as he appeared.
The first of the goblins shakes his head, eyes wide and haunted. "Now THAT'S a face I hoped I'd never see again," He mutters under his breath. "Stars almighty." The goblin goes back to his own business, chatting with his buddy over their meal.
Well that was a.... strange encounter. You have many questions- for one, who was that tiefling?
