I have bo idea unfortunately but
-for usernames its 20 characters
-for thread titles its more then 70 r's (dont ask xP)
-for posts i belive its 2500 characters but i could be wrong, books of text are hard to find so.....

pretty sure posts are ~20000 characters (it's enough that you can fit at least 2 images of each species, but I don't think quite enough to fit 3 of each species, if I'm remembering right)
regionchat is 140 characters
NO idea for genchat, I've never hit it and I'm sure as heck not going to test it
Profiles are 9757 characters, no I do not know why that amount specifically
PMs are 9822 characters (though the pm preview breaks well before that)
