Not a very important question, I noticed some luffs got fangs, while others don't, and as far as I can tell, the fangs arn't a gene or mutation. So why do only SOME have fangs?

All luffs start with fangs, but the fangs are removed when they have certain mutations from M2 added, those specifically being; (AA) Chibi Antlers, (BB) Ram Horns, (DD) Moon Armor, (EE) Windchaser Regalia, Wyvern Horns(KK).
