There isn't a 'one strat to defeat them all' methode per say as most players have their own ways to beat them. It realy depend on your team and equipement, from what i see you may nead more offensive power as your team elements are based on survival and defence so a major update on your gears could be helpfull. This guide will help with giving the right gears to the right pets as well as giving you some tips for the elements you are using : https://www.sylestia.com/forums/?thread=45988

mm
1: Know what positions in battle each element is good at- for instance, Earth is a dedicated tank element, due to its abilities revolving around taunting and defense, and goes in slot 1 because of this, and Air is a dedicated attacker- all damage, no elemental defense or healing-, while Light is a more flexible element, and can run the tank or healer position (though most run it healer)

2: know what equip type goes to what battle position- Tanks want Agility (evasion + defense), Attackers and Healers/Buffers want Dexterity (Accuracy + Critical Hit Chance), Physical elements want Str-type equips, Magical elements want Int-type equips
(especially make sure your relics are right, as they give a large boost to either the Physical Damage or Magical Damage stat- pets only use the one relevant to their element's damage type, and they're used to determine their attack output, so the wrong relic can mean your pet is doing way, way less than it could be)

3: Know what proficiency setups work best- Easy for Attackers and Healers (at lv70, generally 3attack/2dex), more complex for tanks (some combo of HP, attack, and agility, but varies by element (function differently from eachother), pet (a pet with lower stats might need a different setup to one with higher stats) and player (players have their own battle styles that they're comfortable with))

4: make sure your equips are good- rarity+level both play a part in how high an equips stats are- for instance, uncommon equips, are, frankly,,, kinda garbage. A regular uncommon equip needs to be level 65 before it even matches a lv25 legendary equip. (There is of course some variability- the equipment you can buy from Esior's Haven and Sanctuary of Saerielle's town halls when you have high enough reputation with them, for instance, are rare/epic rarities but outstrip legendary equips of equivalent and even far greater levels, and the Lost Grove equips (lv60) are generally the best in the game for any lv60+ team.
