Hello! My friend is locked out of their account because their email isnt one that was used anymore. How do I help them fix this so they can have their account back and claim their calender prize?

Your friend can contact Krin by emailing Support@Sylestia.com! He can work with your friend to sort out their account :)

Your friend will need to contact customer support for help (see 'Contact Us' and the bottom of every page). Once they email Krin, he will be able to verify that they are the owner of the account and help them get back on.
