I have an orphan hoard now and I'm curious how many trait points they can have. 8 hatched so far, all exactly 2 tp.

frankly I don't think anyone has ever bothered to Do A Science on the TP counts of region 1 and 2 eggs, but I's run on the assumption that they match the possible rarities and the respective rarity % rates of the region the egg is found in- that being, region 1/ Viridian meadows can be common, uncommon, or rare, and region 2/ umbra forest adds epic as a possibility (and region 3/ Astryls Vale adds legendary and mythical)

I do have some data on nest rarities, though very little on earlier zones. It's worth noting I did once get an epic from Nightfall Bandit Dungeon. But that was a dungeon, so. In general you're most likely going to get rare (2tp) or below from areas in the Viridian Meadows.
