Im a bit confused. The Rippling Tide set has different things you can dress as right? If I'm right, can someone post the possible sets and what avi items go with each? (For example Sun Cultist or Deity Champion)

The Wardrobe is a great place to look for avatar sets (just make sure to set it to include both items you have and don't have)!
Rippling Tide, however, is a color palette that was applied to different Spring Festival avatar items, including the Sun Cultist, Jellyfish, Garden Tender, and Deity Champion sets. Searching "Rippling Tide" in the search bar in Wardrobe should show all the items that have that color!
There are 14 Helds, 4 Outfits, 6 Heads, 1 Back, and 1 pair of Wings that have this color!
Here's an avatar I just threw random items on, of that color, from different sets:
