He's tall (5'11) with pale skin and shoulder length black hair that he often wears in a ponytail. He has a whip thin tail that ends in a spade shape and short, curly Ibex-like horns on the top of his head. Both are the same color as his hair.

How does your quirk work?:
It's almost exactly the same as Dabi's quirk, except when he activates it the blue flames engulf his horns and the spade shape at the end of his tail. He also has little control over it his anger, so when he gets mad (which is rare) his hands, tail and horns tend to light with blue fire.

He lives a relatively normal life with his grandmother, mother and two little sisters. He is the only male in his household. His sisters both inherited the horns and tail, but they did not get the flames, seeing as their father is quirk less, but his was not.The only people that really make him happy are his sisters. They're twins, and their names are Miou and Nino. His mother works two jobs to support all of the people in their house. He knows what it's like to go hungry. His father left before he was born. His sisters father passed away.

He wants to be Number One Hero so his mother never has to work again.

How does your quirk work?: It works like Ryukos but instead of being a dragon with human features, Rysko turns into a massive pitch black dragon with no human features apart from being able to talk in her human voice. When in human form she can make parts of her become like a dragon, Like making wings form out of her back and tail out from her tailbone.

Rysko was bullied by everyone at her school because her quirk was called Devils dragon, She had no friends at all. Her school was where most quirkless kids go, Everyday quirkless kids came to her school the school bully would give them PTSD by teasing them and making them the school outcasts. One day Rysko had had anough of this and defened the quirkless kid being bullied.

Flaws [at least 2-3] Can go rage easily and turn into her dragon form and start going around scaring people, Is scared of stepping on someone in dragon form so doesn't transform often
